I really like using end of year questions because they help me see how far I’ve come. Writing my thoughts down shows patterns I might have missed.

I can look at the whole year all at once and notice what worked and what didn’t. It also reminds me of little wins I might forget. Thinking about the year makes me feel proud of the things I did, even small stuff.
