Most of the time we go through life on autopilot, not even noticing the little thoughts we have about who we are. Those thoughts add up though, and they shape how we act and how we feel.
When you sit down with these prompts, you give yourself space to slow down and listen. You can figure out what beliefs are helping you and which ones are holding you back.
I’ve noticed that when I write things out, I see myself more clearly.
I can spot the moments where I’ve been too hard on myself, and I can also see the things I’ve done well that I might have ignored.
Over time, this practice builds confidence and makes it easier to treat myself with kindness.
